Although there are 22 items in-stock in three to four color-ways each, the bulk of our manufacturing is custom.
The minimum for a custom order is 48 units per style (yes, we are flexible, so please call). Within the 48 units, you can choose up to three color-ways, and you can choose whatever size breakdown you wish.
We mantain stock in our fabrics-in a wide a variety of colors. When we get an order, we pull the fabric in the colors that we need, and cut and sew the garment. Custom manufacturing takes between three to five weeks.
We can provide any kind of decoration; embroidery, silkscreening, sublimation, heat transfer, and custom notions (neck labels, side-tabs, zipper-pulls, etcetera).
We do offer virtual samples that show the item(s) that you have chosen, in the colorway that you are interested in, with the logo/artwork in any location (sample 1 & sample 2). We frequently prepare virtual sample presentations with several different merchandised options, that are effective sales tools.
Custom Items-Color Availability:
We have 25 fabrics, in a wide range of colors. To build a custom item, mix and match the colors and fabrics that you see in this section. Please note that our apparel items are built with specific fabrics; although some are interchangeable, there are limitatations on the color-ways that are available for an item (without a fabric substitution). The list that you see in this section shows all of the fabrics and the color availability for each.This website is built to show you the main fabric that each item is made from. By clicking on the logo beneath the apparel item picture (within the collections search), you can see the color availability for the main content fabric.
To help you plan and merchandise an item-or a whole collection-we do have an art department that can navigate the fabrics and colors for you and provide a virtual sample, showing you the color-ways that we can build for you, for any given item. To get a virtual sample, just submit a request to us by using the “customize this item” button.
